We’re a multidisciplinary team based in Australia with 80+ years of combined experience in the water, hydrology and engineering industries. We work with government, businesses and people across Australia and the world.

Dr Benjamin Kus

Chief Executive Officer

Dr Benjamin Kus is an astute and accomplished engineer, business manager, academic and educator, with over 20 years experience in urban development, stormwater design, on-site detention and flood studies.

Dr Ashis Dey

General Manager
BEng (Civil), MEng, PhD (Water), FIEAust

Ashis brings over 30 years of water, hydrology and software experience to Watercom. He has worked in technical, commercial and leadership roles within the public and private sectors, including universities, consultants and government-owned organisations.

Hossein Ansari

Technical Manager & Principal Engineer B.E. Civil, Dip. Eng., MIEAust

Hossein is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, previously working as a Senior Design Engineer at Sutherland Shire Council and as a Drainage Investigation Engineer at City of Botany Bay Council.
