Common installation and licensing issues

DRAINS requires valid licensing files 'Drains.duc' and 'Drains.txt' to be located in 'C:/ProgramData/Drains' (NOT 'C:/Program Files/Drains'). You can find these files included on your USB received when purchasing DRAINS, or in an email from Watercom when renewing updates and support.

Common problems:

Message: "It appears that your updates and support have expired and you are not authorised to install this version of DRAINS".

Message: "This is the demonstration version of DRAINS", even though you have your DRAINS USB dongle plugged in.
