Role & Responsibilities
This technical support role will cover a range of responsibilities across the business.
- Provide Level 2 technical support to our extensive customer base of councils and consultants
- Perform online & face-to-face DRAINS training, both locally and nationally
- Liaise with the Watercom development team for troubleshooting
- Provide feedback and input to expand the capabilities of Watercom’s DRAINS software
- Develop and prepare training materials and webinars
- Assist with software sales and customer relations
- Attend industry conferences and events
You
Successful applicants must have:
- At least 3 years experience in civil engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with DRAINS software
- Advanced technical knowledge and skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- An ability to work independently and manage your own time and deliverables
- Familiarity with TUFLOW and 12d Model software is desirable
